Cygnini all set for huge charity gig

Cygnini are all set for their huge Christmas Charity Show tomorrow night (Saturday 29th December) at the Wrexham Lager Club.
They have a great list of bands playing this year’s event from all across north Wales and the north west. Most importantly all profits from the gig will go to Nightingale House Hospice.
Entry is just £5 for a brilliant lineup including some of the areas most interesting bands. Gintis’ shambolic brain-fried pop music is always worth seeing live. Think the Flaming Lips or Grandaddy gone a bit more wonky and you’ll know what to expect.
In case you’ve been hiding under a rock The Fag Machine are one of the darkest and most entertaining bands to come out of the area for some time. Any fans of early grubby american punk or the Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster will love this band!
They will be joined on the night by BBC Radio Wales favourites Turnstone, an acoustic set from Leo’s Hide, covers band King of the Juice (made up of some of the region’s most well known musicians) and a DJ set from Jamie Barlow.
The fun all starts at 7pm and promises to be one of the best local gigs of the year – and all for a good cause.
