World-renowned Japanese conductor joins NYOW

World-renowned Japanese conductor, Takuo Yuasa joins the National Youth Orchestra of Wales as it celebrates its 65th anniversary.

This summer’s exciting programme includes the European premiere of From the Feather to the Mountain by former NYOW member Hilary Tann, Liszt’s evocative symphonic poem, inspired by the laments and triumphs of 16th century poet, Torquato Tasso, and Prokofiev’s magnificent fifth symphony.
