The Roseville Band head to Africa
We really are getting all international of late. Not only are Heal the Last Stand making the most of their tour on the Golden Coast, California but now The Roseville Band are heading to Africa.
Yes Africa, probably the least likely of all the continents we’d expect a local band to play. They are playing the ‘Vinspired Lake of Stars’ festival in Malawi which takes place between 15th and 17th October on the shores of the third largest lake in Africa.
The festival, which is now in its 6th year, was founded by club night organiser Will Jameson who runs the successful Chibuku Liverpool night (named so after an African beer he supped whilst volunteering around Africa).
This year The Roseville Band will get to play alongside local musician’s as well some more recognisable acts including The Noisettes, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly and Jon McClure (Reverend and the Makers).

It’s a fantastic Festival, they’ll have a ball!
DJ’d there a few years ago and Boom Monk Ben, who we brought to Wrexham at the Funkmode nights Dj’d there last year.
Good luck to the lads from Roseville!
