The Paddingtons
Hull indie band The Paddingtons arrive at The Guild at Glyndŵr University on Friday 17th October 2008.
Formed in 2002 5 boys from Hull, The Paddingtons, released 4 singles and the album, ‘First Comes First’ picked up a legion of devoted fans and toured the world making it their playground. Getting bored and disillusioned by the music scene they decided to give it all up for the much lauded 9-5 job, having realised they couldn’t actually get one, The Paddingtons are back in 2008.
Wayne Edwards of The Guild said:
“These are really exciting times at The Guild, and for Glyndŵr University Wrexham, as we are now beginning to bring in some really top bands, we hope that our students and the people of Wrexham really enjoy what we have to offer”.
Tickets are on sale now and are available from www.seetickets.com, priced at £10 each.
Doors open 7.30pm. Over 18s only.

£10? What a load of fuckin bollocks, 6 years since they released their debut album they shouldn’t be charging more than a fiver (unless yr name is The Avalanches)
They should relocate to Wrexham, there’s shitloads of jobs at Eagles Meadow

Yeah i agree £10 is bit much for pretty ordinary band to be honest but to make up for it The Maydays are supporting so maybe things aint all that bad
