The Faction presents…

The Faction night returns to the Frenzi nightclub in Wrexham on Friday 22nd. Headlining will be local favourites Trader who, for those who aren’t particularly au fait with them, are quite the spectacle to see live. Imagine that Bloc Party, Placebo, Interpol and The Smiths got into some bother with the law, had to spend the night in a confined cell together, all became the best of unlikely friends and then decided to form a super group.
Next on the bill are Wrexham’s No Lights at Lockdown, who were previously called Decadenze – an immensely popular band from the town who’ve had a complete change in style and sound. They are currently grafting their way across the UK with a whole host of gigs and tomorrow night is their second gig in Wrexham with their new image.
Up first on the bill are Revurb, who’ve been gaining momentum over the past year with 2 BBC Radio sessions under their belt, a review in the Fly magazine, support slots with Ash, Twisted Wheel and The Holloways and slots at various festivals.
All in all, an excellent line up, which is just £4 entry and also includes entry to the club night afterwards where the Club Faction DJs and Craig D from The Gashienda will be spinning the wax. Doors are 8:30pm.
