Polly Mackey & The Pleasure Principle by Ll Polar_oid!
This Sunday (8th March) Polly Mackey & The Pleasure Principle will be featured in session on Adam Walton’s BBC Radio Wales The Mystery Tour show in advance of her trip to the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas.
Incidentally, whilst she’s at the SXSW Festival, Polly and the band will be playing a total of 9 gigs. Last year’s record for the most amount of appearances was 11.
Also on The Mystery Tour there will be words of wisdom come from one of the most influential female musicians/songwriters to ever come out of the United States, Throwing Muse’s (and 50ft Wave’s) Kristin Hersh.
You can hear about ‘Hammerfest‘, the weekend-long metal festival that will be happening in Prestatyn (and revealing the latest additions to the bill, as well as playing something from Lethargy, Wales’s only representative on the bill.) http://hammerfest.co.uk
The F.A.Q. returns with record producer Greg Haver advising you how to make a professional-sounding home recording.
To get your music on the show, send Adam your music submissions as high quality mp3’s to:
