Polly Mackey & the Pleasure Principle
Polly Mackey & the Pleasure Principle bass player Dan Davies (DD) and keyboardist Dom Simms have left the group to concentrate on the aspirations of their band No Room For Heroes. The reasons stating that they have an impressive gig schedule coming up and upcoming studio time in Cardiff.
Former Rigby’s drummer Tom Ryan has stepped in on keyboard duties which now leaves Polly Mackey & The Pleasure Principle with a vacancy for a bassist.
With major label interest, the band is committed to a heavy schedule of rehearsal, writing, and touring in advance of SXSW 2010.
These are the requirements:
- Age 18-26
- Experience and proficiency on bass
- Experience in live performance with good stage presence
- Available a minimum of 3 day/nights per week during the next 6 months
- Absolute commitment, dedication and disciplined to achieving a long-term career in music.
Desirables:
- Multi-instrumentalist
- Harmony vocalist
- Good and apt band image
- Easy-going with a sense of humour
