Polly and her lads Record with Top Producer

Recently Polly Mackey & the Pleasure Principle have been down in the Big Smoke to record their debut single.
Due out in October following a UK tour, the single is being produced by the amazingly highly-esteemed Robert Harder who has worked with some of the biggest names in the biz; Brian Eno, Babyshambles, Kylie Minogue, Herbie flippin’ Hancock, David Byrne and The Slits to name a few. Wow.
As if things couldn’t get any better for Polly and her lads, they played the main open air stage at Wakestock the other Sunday. They were on just before Rhys Ifans’ The Peth and also The Futureheads (who they shared a game of footie with) and The Ting Tings.
