The NME have named Wrexham’s The Roseville Band as one of their featured ‘New & Unsigned’ bands on their website, www.nme.com, as part of their spotlight on the best grass roots talent around.
They describe them as ‘Welsh, Kings of Leon-influenced rock’ and there is a link directly to the bands MySpace page which has helped increase their daily song plays since being listed.
Here is the link to the page: www.nme.com/newmusic

Yeah they’re on the website now, were in the magazine a couple of months ago. The section they’re in is a bit odd (you get loads of shit MOR bands lumped in there alongside decent bands), surely if NME wanted to champion them properly then they’d give them a Radar slot? Who knows, maybe that’s next!
