  2. Hello,

Hogchild is currently looking for gigs in the Wrexham area from September onwards and we were wondering whether the Milliners would be interested in booking the band?

If you need any information about the band please take a look at our Myspace page or contact me either by e-mail or through the Hogchild Myspace page.

    Many thanks

    Mauve

  4. Hi. We are The Cellar Dwellers, a three piece (no drummer, use drum tracks) indie rock covers band from The St.Asaph area looking for more gigs. We are at the Dlphin In Mold High street on Saturday the 14th July if you want to catch up with us, or check us out for a possible gig.

You can also drop into our myspace at http://www.myspace.com/thecellardwellars

  5. Hey there.

We’re an alternative rock band who are looking for gigs around the Wrexham/Chester area over the next couple of months and would be extremely interested in playing a variety of venues.
We’re dropping this message because we’d be really interested in playing a half hour set at the Milliners Pub and we’d also be interested in perhaps being involved in a gig night there with the other bands above who are also interested?

Please get in touch through our myspace (http://www.myspace.com/mainstreamuk) or alternatively at this email newmanusrules@aol.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

    Cheers

  6. Live music at Milliners is going well. Last Friday we had Black Orange playing, on the 10th August we have a band called Trader playing, End of September we have a group called Skinny Monkey playing. We aim to have a band on most weeks, every Friday night if we can get the bands to play.

From the posts on this site it seems we have a few local groups interested in playing however, I just don’t have the time to search through Myspace. Drop me an e-mail: stephen@schaplin4.orangehome.co.uk and I will send you my phone number and we can talk about some dates.

  7. Hi,

I’m a student at Stow College in Glasgow and for part of my course I have decided to put together a UK tour. I came across your venue and believe that it would fit what I am looking for nicely. However, I had some trouble finding how many people the venue holds and so would be very gratefull if you could reply with the capacity of the stage area.

Thank you very much for your time
