Elliot Minor Confirm Wrexham Date

by Ben Davis on 29 November, 2007 | 0 comments

Pop punksters Elliot Minor confirm an intimate show at Central Station on the 31st January 2008. They may look and sound every bit the American pop punk band, but they are in fact from York and, as their harmonies hint, were once choristers at York Minster.

They cite among their influences Something Corporate, Jack’s Mannequin, The All-American Rejects, Queen and The Beach Boys. The band is classically trained and the music is a fusion of classical and rock. Their first three single releases all charted in the UK Top 40 and their debut album is scheduled for release in January 2008.

Tickets are £10 for this 14+ show, available from Chaos Theory Promotions, Yales Cafe Bar or seetickets.com.
