Easter Sunday is our 2nd Birthday!

The wrexhammusic.co.uk night has grown out of its nappies and has become the ripe old age of 2. What better way to celebrate than having 2 floors of Central Station with 4 local bands and Wrexham’s favourite DJ, Indie Rock n Roll.
First to take to the stage will be solo artist Danny Gruff (ex Rigby and current Collard). He’s sure to warm up the crowd with his acoustic indie pop. He admits to being a so cheesy he could put Dairy Lea out of business, to find out for yourself come down early and smell the cheese.
New Wrexham band Ashbey are up next with their debut WM performance. Ashbey came together from the remnants of The Limit and have started crafting some ace indie pop tunage.
Co-headlining the 2nd Birthday Bash are Trader and Leaving Isaacs Shop. Both Trader and ‘the Shop have been writing radio fodder tunes and gigging constantly around the area. These guys are one of the many top flight bands flying the flag for Wrexham and they are both doing a damn good job of it. Both the Trader and Leaving Isaacs Shop performances are sure to be classics. Don’t miss them.
Downstairs following the bands will be the resident Central Station Friday song spinner Indie Rock n Roll. Expect to hear the classics, the new and the rare until late!
Tickets are £5 (available from the bands, Yales Café Bar or www.seetickets.com) or £6 on the door. Doors are 8pm. Over 14s are welcome and it’s over 18s once the bands have finished.
