The Roseville Band play Wrexham as part of a series of gigs, lined up in Wrexham Town centre for Eisteddfod week.

They will headline the Spectrum at a Fringe event this Saturday.

Andy Jones of The Roseville Band who play the Lager club on Saturday said:

“It’s great to playing Wrexham on the last night of the Eisteddfod. We are in the middle of a UK tour and have played fantastic gigs in Cardiff, London, Brighton, and Coventry amongst others. We have had a great reception at all of these but it’s great to play.

The gigs arose as both promoters and bands were keen to play during Eisteddfod week back home.”

The Roseville Band, whose new single ‘Sister Silvia’ is Radio Wales’ single of the week.

Also joining The Roseville Band at the Lager Club will be Mechanical Owl, Jon Lawrence, Heal the Last Stand and James MacGregor. The Event starts at 8pm sharp and admission is £4.00.

  1. that gig had nothing to do with the eisteddfod. why no mention of mother of six playing ( in welsh too, the only band from wrexham to do so) the last night of cymdeithas yr iaith’s week long eisteddfod stint at central. is poor journalism to blame or is it selective amnesia.
