Heal the Last Stand launch their own label

By Ben Davis • 17 December 2009
Heal the Last Stand

Heal The Last Stand are comprised of three siblings: Laura, Joey and Stan Dickenson and their good friend Thom Bithell. Earlier this year the band set up their own record label Everyone Wants Peace Records to ‘promote peace through music’

Heal the Last Stand are coming at it from a whole new angle. Their Debut Album ‘What Love is…’ is the culmination of two years writing and playing wherever they’ve been invited; big festivals beckoned not to mention house parties, tea parties, village fetes and lately, European tours. They have a fearless approach to performing that frequently lands them in the heart of communities, where their music unites audiences with a common ground of harmony.

Everybody Wants Peace Records proudly present their North Wales signings, in a showcase spectacular at Wrexham’s Central Station.

The night will begin with a selection of local musicians from Blue Lantern acoustic night. The main event will start off with Andy Hickie followed by Heal the Last Stand, who this summer, embarked on The Everlasting Peace Tour together, promoting Peace through Music. Whilst on the road in Girona, Catalunya, both artists spent a day in the studio, recording a Double A-side single, which will be available on the night of the show and for digital download on iTunes in the new year.

Stick around after the show to witness the return of the legendary Wrexham club night, Disted Twisco; Imported from Liverpool, currently shaking floors in Brighton, back in town for one night only.
